What are your daily habits

One of the absolute BEST things you can do for yourself is to be willing to spend time with "You" a little each day, everyday!

SO MANY of us want to run, avoid and distract ourselves from our problems as if you think this is the best way to not have to deal with them, but these continued actions, beliefs and habits are only digging a deeper hole.

I'm NOT here to judge or criticize you about this, oh god no! As a matter of fact, I understand EXACTLY why you go to distraction and numbing - it's honestly the best way you know how to cope and deal with your issues. These behaviors and strategies were learned, developed and became habits for you at a very young age. You did the best you could to take care of yourself and still are doing the best you can, I completely understand.

HOWEVER precious, these old ways of coping, running, avoiding and numbing are no longer working for you today as an adult. They are just causing you more pain and suffering than they are good, love and support.

So, what you'll need to start implementing into your DAILY schedule is carving out dedicated time for you a little each day. Start with BABY STEPS- consider just 20 to 30 minutes a day and grow from there.

Maybe you start with waking up earlier in the mornings... Instead of your coffee/tea with social media scrolling or negative news, how about your morning java with a self-improvement book on a topic that interests you for 20 to 30 minutes. Or maybe you switch up your evening routine of sitting in front of the t.v. to rather after dinner you go for a 20 to 30 minute walk with your phone listening to an AMAZING podcast about overcoming fear of failure, impostor syndrome, creating new healthy habits, setting boundaries or whatever strikes your fancy!
